Welcome to our accommodation facility in Senica, an ideal place for all those looking for comfortable and affordable accommodation. Our goal is to provide a practical accommodation solution that meets the modern needs of those who need accommodation for one night or even for the whole year.
The facility consists of separate apartments in various sizes corresponding to 1-room, 2-room and 3-room apartments. The Block apartments are located 10 minutes’ walk from the city center and close to the shopping area, corporate campus and cycle path.
Accommodation options
Block apartments consist of two separate buildings Block A and Block B, Block A is currently in operation, Block B is being completed.
Block A provides accommodation on three floors in the number of 29 apartments, of which 8 are 1-room apartments, 14 are two-room apartments and 7 are 3-room apartments.
Apartments Block
Block apartments offer an ideal solution for different types of accommodation, we offer 3 types of apartment sizes. Each apartment is cozy and modernly furnished and has its own kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms and possibly a living room.
These spaces are designed to provide home comfort and independence that you won’t get in an ordinary hotel.
Apartments Block also have completely barrier-free apartments that serve the severely disabled. Bathrooms and toilets are also wheelchair accessible.

1 – room apartment
The smallest apartment consists of an entrance hall, a bathroom with a toilet and one separate room that contains a kitchen with a dining room and a sleeping area. The apartment is suitable for one or two persons. Do has a ready connection for a washing machine.

2-room apartment
The middle apartment consists of an entrance hall, a bathroom with a toilet and a washing machine, a kitchen with a dining room and two separate rooms. The apartment is suitable for accommodation of one to four people. The rooms can also be rented separately, the room is intended for 1 to 2 people. The apartments are fully furnished and ready for immediate use.

3-room apartment
The largest apartment consists of an entrance hall, bathroom with toilet and washing machine, kitchen with dining room and three separate rooms. The apartment is suitable for accommodation of one to six people. The rooms can also be rented separately, the room is intended for 1 to 2 people. The apartments are fully furnished and ready for immediate use.

Large capacity accommodation
We offer the possibility of large-scale commercial accommodation for large companies, various agencies or events, including additional services with individual conditions. The maximum accommodation capacity is currently 114 people, potentially up to 250 people.
